What is the Special Projects Fund (SPF)?
The Special Projects Fund is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt corporation that supports AAUW California projects, AAUW California branch projects, and local scholarship programs. The SPF does not provide funding directly. Instead, it serves as a pass-through fund, enabling projects to collect tax-deductible donations from individuals and corporations, and from grants and endowments, without having to establish themselves as a separate non-profit entity.
How Do I Donate to This Fund on Behalf of AAUW Fallbrook?
Donations to this fund are tax-deductible and can be directed to either our College Scholarship Fund (#4300)Â or to our Tech Trek Scholarship Fund (# 5032).
On the memo line write:
AAUW Fallbrook #4300 if you wish to donate to our college scholarship fund;
or AAUW Fallbrook #5032 for our Tech Trek fund.
